Gracie’s Cape Cod Senior Session

I don’t photograph senior sessions anymore, and I don’t typically travel to Cape Cod for sessions these days either, but there was absolutely no way I was saying no to this one.

I have been photographing Gracie for over a decade, which honestly makes these photos feel a little surreal. I’ve watched her grow up in front of my camera, and getting to photograph her senior photos felt like such a full-circle moment. She is truly just as sweet as she is stunning, and I absolutely adore this girl.

We photographed her session on one of my favorite Cape Cod beaches, which made the night even more special because I photographed her older sister’s senior photos on this very same beach a few years ago. Coming back here for Gracie felt so nostalgic in the best way.

And Cape Cod absolutely showed off for us. The soft light, the water, her floral dress, and that unreal sunset at the end of the night could not have been prettier. We shot until the sun disappeared over the horizon, mixing in a few black-and-white images along the way, and the entire gallery feels so dreamy and timeless.

I may not photograph Cape Cod senior sessions anymore, but I will always make room for the people who have trusted me with their memories year after year. Gracie, you are gorgeous, and I feel so lucky that I’ve gotten to photograph so many chapters of your life.
